Attention, Irregulars!
I need your help! I’ve just heard of a terrible genetic defect called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, which affects young boys and puts them in wheelchairs as early as age eight. It has a one-hundred percent fatality rate and usually kills by the late teens or early twenties. There is no known cure, but science is on the edge of finding one. They just need donations to continue their research. What can we do? Make others aware of this cause! Shopdrop the address of
this site, put it online, and make sure everyone knows they can make a difference!Information on how to donate can be found on the site the above link directs you to.

Song Review: Freckles

Freckles, sung by Natasha Bedingfield, is a great, up-beat song about being yourself and being comfortable as yourself.
Five out of five stars.

Jokes, unusual quotes, et cetera.

Here's some jokes, quotes, stuff like that. Warning: They will be very, very, very silly (but in their defense, they are clean).
  • Sometimes I lie in bed, staring up at the stars and I wonder: "Where the heck is the ceiling?!?"
  • "You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windshield that said "Parking Fine." So that was nice."
  • Some Star Wars jokes!
  • Obi-Wan Kenobi and Luke are at a Chinese restaurant. Luke is having problems using the chopsticks. Ben says "Use the Forks, Luke!"
  • What's the name of the nastiest alligator in the universe? Darth Gator!
  • Q: What goes ha-ha-thump? A: A droid laughing it's head off!
  • Duct tape is EXACTLY like the force. It has a dark side, a light side, and it holds the universe together.

Book Suggestion: Kiki Strike series

Great children series!

The Kiki Strike series by Kirsten Miller is absolutely fantastic. Currently consisting of two books, it is an excellent action/adventure/comedy/NYC series. The first novel is Kiki Strike: Inside The Shadow City (see picture above). It focuses mainly on Ananka Fishbein and Kiki Strike and introduces the characters in an exciting manner. The second novel is Kiki Strike: The Empress's Tomb; it revolves around Oona Wong and ends on a bit of a cliffhanger. Both books are excellent and I really suggest reading them.
